Methods and Responsibilities

We use UPS or USPS shipping and will give you options based on cost and speed. We package with care and offer optional insurance for any and all orders upon request at time of shipping.

NOTE: SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR ORDER!

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED & WILL BE INVOICED BASED ON YOUR METHOD CHOICE

Once your package is with the shipping carrier (marked shipped), we are not responsible for any carrier-related damages that may occur in transit. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact the responsible mail carriers if such a case arises.

Invoicing

If your order is complete and you do not respond or choose a shipping option when asked, your item cannot and will not be returned until you do. We will make several attempts to contact you about shipping options but the speed in which you get your order shipped will depend heavily on how fast you respond to us with your chosen shipping method and pay the subsequent invoice for shipping.

Shipping Times

All orders are estimated to ship within 3-4 weeks of the signing date.

Ex: Signing on Feb 1st can be expected to arrive 3-4 weeks later.

If you have not received your order within this time frame, then there may be an issue or unresolved shipping problem and we urge you to kindly reach out to inquire about order status.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US BEFORE THE 3-4 WEEK ESTIMATED TIME ASKING “WHERE IS MY ORDER?!”… I promise we’re working on getting it to you! :)
