In using our services, you accept and understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL (once completed and shipped back). You also accept and understand that while we do our best on every order, that some things in our business are simply just out of our control.

-We can not guarantee placement of autograph or extras

-We can not guarantee color choices

-We can not guarantee ‘extra’/optional choices

At the end of the day, we’re working with talent who may be signing hundreds of items. We’re all human and sometimes that may mean that we get tired, that mistakes may happen, and/or that not everything will work out perfectly or as expected. We can only promise to do our absolute best on each and every order that we receive. We are collectors, for collectors.

Note: If you do not specify a placement for autographs or ‘extras’, or label your items accordingly, then the default placement of signature and ‘extras’ will default to the discretion of the talent. If you do not specify what you want for Quotes, Character Names, or Doodles, these too will all default to the discretion of the talent.
